These terms and conditions form and agreement between Tidy Coaching Ltd and the client. They are not exhaustive and represent an agreement by both parties to commit to best practice. They are required to be signed at the beginning of the first session.
Liability: Tidy Coaching Ltd holds appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Cancellation: A session may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by either party. Any non-refundable costs (such as pre-paid travel etc.) will be invoiced if the cost cannot be recovered.
Confidentiality: Tidy Coaching Ltd will adhere to client confidentiality in all cases, except where written permission is given by the client, for Tidy Coaching to use pictures or written information such as testimonials or quotes for publicity or marketing purposes.

Advice: Tidy Coaching Ltd may offer advice and guidance as an integral part of the service and will always give advice in good faith, however the responsibility for implementing this advice remains with the client. Tidy Coaching Ltd do not accept responsibility for any negative consequences of implementing the advice given.
Property and breakages: Tidy Coaching Ltd will endeavour to handle clients’ property with the utmost care, however all property is handled at the clients’ own risk. In the event of damage to property, Tidy Coaching Ltd will not accept liability. If the clients’ home insurance policies do not provide sufficient cover, clients are advised to take out insurance for the value of any loss. Where Tidy Coaching Ltd agree to dispose of property, the responsibility for disposal remains with the client. Where items are sold, an agreement will be signed by both parties before the sale takes place which will be legally binding.
Service agreement.
The minimum chargeable session will be 3hrs at £45 per hour and sessions begin when our consultant arrives at the property and ends when they leave. The following are included in the cost:
i) Travel costs within the M25.
ii) Reasonable refreshment breaks during sessions (note, meal breaks are not chargeable).
iii) Any applicable materials provided by the consultant unless notified to be billed separately.
Clients will be invoiced within 48 hrs of each session. Payment is required within 14 days.
Other charges may be invoiced by Tidy Coaching Ltd, such as travel outside M25 or purchased items to help the client realise their tidy dream (such as boxes, organisers etc.). Any extra charges will be agreed beforehand and be itemised on invoice. Any purchased items will be sold at cost. Any sold items will be subject to a separate agreement and fees deducted at source.
